Aerobic Step

Originally, steps were used mostly in step classes, but today they are used in all kinds of classes as well as small group and personal training environments. 

Because participants are engaging the step with their hands and body and not just their foot, we have changed the black ribbed mat to a new black pebble mat. 

This new mat provides great traction for all your step moves, but is also easy on your hands and body for strength and core moves. 

• Made in the United States from durable, recyclable high-density polyethylene
• Full-size (44” L x 16.5” W x 9” H) aerobic platform, four original risers, and F1005 includes streaming videos
• Platform features premium nonslip, comfort cushion top and supports up to 300 lbs
• Four nonskid feet on each riser and platform prevents sliding or scratching floors
• Vary workout difficulty by adjusting platform height from 4” to 6” to 8” using risers
